We Are The Book of Lies.
All of Us.
The Book of Lies is not one person. It is a collective of ordinary Americans — from different backgrounds, different states, different beliefs — united by one shared experience: we trusted the system, and it failed us.
Who We Are
We are a group of Americans. Not politicians. Not pundits. Not academics with something to prove. We are people who grew up in this country, believed what we were told, and eventually had to reckon with the gap between what we were promised and what we actually received.
Some of us were raised in the church. Some of us worked hard for decades and never got ahead. Some of us stayed in relationships that hurt us because we were told that was what love required. Some of us voted, paid our taxes, followed the rules — and watched the system serve everyone but us.
We started asking questions. And what we found changed everything.
Why We Created The Book of Lies
The Book of Lies series was created because the truth about American institutions — the church, the government, the financial system, the cultural narratives around love and relationships — deserves to be told plainly, without agenda, without rage, and without the filter of people who benefit from keeping you in the dark.
We are not here to tear anything down. We are here to educate. Every article, every book, every piece of content published under The Book of Lies name has one purpose: to give you the language and the knowledge to understand the world you are actually living in — not the one you were told to believe in.
The Book of Lies isn’t one person. It’s all of us. Everyone who believed in the system — and watched it fail.
What We Believe
We believe in the First Amendment. We believe in free inquiry, honest conversation, and the right of every American to question the institutions that claim authority over their lives. We believe that education — real education, not indoctrination — is the most powerful tool any person can have.
We believe that 88% of Americans not trusting their government is not a crisis of faith. It is the beginning of a reckoning. And reckonings, when they are grounded in truth and conducted peacefully, are how free people correct course.
We do not advocate for violence. We do not advocate for illegal activity. We advocate for thinking — clearly, critically, and without fear.
Our Mission
Common Ground Press USA exists to publish educational content that reaches every American regardless of their political affiliation, religious background, or economic status. The lies we were told were not partisan. The truth we are presenting is not partisan either.
We are for anyone who has ever felt like something didn’t add up. We are for anyone who was told their doubts were dangerous. We are for anyone who was paying attention.
That is The Book of Lies. That is all of us.
Our Core Principles
We are not here to make you angry. We are here to give you knowledge. Anger fades. Understanding lasts.
We do not represent a political party, a denomination, or a financial interest. We represent the truth as best we can find it.
We believe in the First Amendment absolutely. Our weapon is education. Nothing else.
The lies we were told were not partisan. This series speaks to conservatives, liberals, and everyone in between.
Nothing in The Book of Lies series advocates for, condones, or encourages violence or illegal activity of any kind.
Every article is free. We believe the truth should not be behind a paywall. Common Ground Press USA is committed to keeping education accessible.
